I am Head of Design and Strategic Manager at Emerline, where I’ve built a multidisciplinary design team of 30+ specialists from the ground up. Today, our team delivers a wide range of services, including user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, branding and graphic design, motion design, and 3D design.

My career began in 2012 as a UI/UX freelancer, where I learned to wear many hats: finding projects, driving pre-sales, negotiating with clients, and delivering high-quality design. This entrepreneurial foundation prepared me to grow into a design leader. In 2014, I joined LeverX as its first UX designer. Since then, I have guided design solutions for 100+ clients, offering full-cycle design services, from brand identity to comprehensive design systems.

Since 2022, I have also been leading strategic programs related to digital marketing and B2B lead generation. One of the major results is that an underperforming website turned into a valuable asset that generates a steady stream of qualified leads. My work includes building alignment between Marketing and Sales (introducing a lead qualification algorithm, leads processing SLA, etc.), setting priorities and goals for the digital marketing team, managing budgets, continuously optimizing processes, and reporting results to top management.
