What do we expect from you?

Execute recruiting plans:

  • Create job descriptions;
  • Post positions to appropriate Internet sources;
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews;
  • Interviewing and selecting employees onsite.


  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates;
  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates;
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
  • Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.


  • Perform other special projects (f.e. junior HRs' mentoring and adaptation, corporate events, interaction with universities, etc.).

Desired skills

Need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience with IT recruiting;
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills;
  • Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate level of English.
