What we expect from you:

  • Search and selection of resumes (IT staff in various sources);
  • Maintenance of the internal base of candidates;
  • Creation of vacancies and their placement on various resources;
  • Sourcing and screening candidates using recruiting resources;
  • Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches;
  • Knowledge of ATS and Web-based recruiting tools;
  • Participation in HR projects;
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting resources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent;
  • Build pipelines of top talent that can be leveraged on demand as new positions emerge and needs shift;
  • Improve upon existing sourcing practices and develop innovative strategies regarding to enable us to find top talent.

You are the person we’re looking for if you have:

  • Higher education (technical, personnel management, psychology);
  • Professional work experience from six months;
  • Excellent knowledge of IT personnel search sources;
  • Staying up to date with the latest and greatest ever evolving recruiting tool;
  • Social Media/Networking research experience i.e (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.);
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information, understanding and desire to develop in the field of HR;
  • English language at Intermediate level;
  • Activity, independence, ability to make decisions, work in a team, and listen and seek compromises;
  • Responsibility, attentiveness, desire to look for rare specialists;
  • An attitude to painstaking work, a positive outlook on life.
